• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit product availability without prior notice.

 

 

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are processed once payment is received. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment methods.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are packaged with care and shipped from our workshop in Barling, AR and processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). 

 

We ship via USPS to all 50 states within the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow it's journey.

STANDARD SHIPPING: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days after shipping. 

​

Please allow for additional transit time for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.​

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order & delivery location. 

 

• While we work hard to get your order to you quickly, Crazy Craft Creations is not responsible for delays within the USPS network or for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you encounter a delivery issue, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number with the most up to date information and assistance.

5. Returns & Refunds

We take great pride in every craft kit we create and are confident in the quality of our products.

 

Each kits is carefully inspected and packed by our team in Barling, AR to ensure it arrives ready for your next creative project.

Due to the curated nature of our all-in-one kits, all sales are final. We do not except returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons other than damage that occurred during shipping. Please be sure to read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

 

Your satisfaction is very important to us, in the unfortunate event that order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve this for you quickly please email us @ abrooks@crazycraftcreations.com with the following information

- Order Number 

- A clear photo of the damaged item(s) 

- A photo of the shipping box it arrived in

Once we have received this information, we will gladly ship you a replacement for the damaged items or issue a full refund.
